CONCEPT Continuing and Professional Studies
Why do I have a late fee? My financial aid should have covered my tuition and fees.
If you received a late fee despite expecting financial aid to cover your tuition and fees, it might be due to a timing issue with the disbursement of your aid or an outstanding balance not fully covered by financial aid. You can contact the Office of Financial Aid at financialaid@paloaltou.edu or by phone at 650-433-3824.
If you are not receiving financial aid, please contact the Bursar's Office at bursar@paloaltou.edu or by phone at 650-417-2012.
