CONCEPT Continuing and Professional Studies
Why do I have a late fee? My financial aid should have covered my tuition and fees.
If you received a late fee despite expecting financial aid to cover your tuition and fees, it might be due to a timing issue with the disbursement of your aid or an outstanding balance not fully covered by financial aid. See the Financial Aid webpage for detailed information.
You can contact the financial aid office by at financialaid@paloaltou.edu or by phone at 650-433-3824.
