What is the Junior Faculty Development Program?
Palo Alto University's Junior Faculty Development Program (JFDP) is a two-year initiative aimed at supporting junior faculty in their early years at the university. The program offers a reduced teaching load during the first year for full-time junior faculty and provides additional resources to help them advance their careers. The JFDP focuses on professional skill development and faculty retention, with the goal of preparing junior faculty to become the next generation of academic leaders.
