The Guaranteed Ride Home (GRH) program at Palo Alto University provides a reimbursement for students, staff, or faculty who need an emergency ride home after using alternative transportation. It covers up to six trips per year for situations like illness, unscheduled overtime, or emergencies affecting ridesharing. Reimbursement is available for taxis, rental cars, or rideshare apps. The program doesn't cover personal errands, pre-planned appointments, or non-emergency side trips.
