How to Manage Group Seats with Seat Manager Access.
If you purchase multiple seats for a training (5+ registrations), you’ll automatically become a Seat Manager.
What is a Seat Manager?
A Seat Manager is the person who purchases group seats and manages who uses them.
As a Seat Manager, you can:
- View total seats purchased, claimed, and remaining
- Assign seats to learners
- Share enrollment links with your team
- Track learner activity (e.g., enrollment status, last login)
- Add or remove learners as needed
How You Become a Seat Manager
You are automatically assigned this role when you:
- Purchase multiple seats through checkout or
- Complete a group order via invoice
Once your purchase is complete, you’ll gain access to your Seat Manager Dashboard—no setup required.
Accessing Your Seat Manager Dashboard
You can access your dashboard in several ways:
- Log in → you’ll be directed to your dashboard automatically
- Click “View Admin Dashboard” from your learner dashboard
- Use the link included in your purchase confirmation email
How to Assign Seats to Learners
Option 1: Share Enrollment Link (Recommended)
- Go to your Seat Manager Dashboard
- Select your training
- Copy the sign-up link
- Send it to your team
Learners can use this link to claim their seat.
Option 2: Manually Enroll a Learner
- Go to your dashboard
- Click Manage next to your training
- Click Enroll
- Enter learner details
- Click Create and Enroll
This will assign one of your purchased seats to that learner.
Managing Your Seats
From your dashboard, you can:
- Track how many seats are used vs. available
- View learner details (name, email, activity)
- Remove a learner to free up a seat
- Purchase additional seats if needed
Notifications You’ll Receive
As a Seat Manager, you may receive:
- A purchase receipt with a dashboard link
- A notification when the first learner enrolls using your link
Important Notes
- You can only manage seats that you purchased
- Seat Manager access is automatic and cannot be manually assigned or removed
- There is no limit to how many Seat Managers can exist (each group order creates one)
