Here are the steps:
Editing Your Password When Currently Logged In
You can reset your passwords from the My Account page:
- Login to https://training.concept.paloaltou.edu
- Click avatar in the top-right header
- Click My Account
- Select Password on the left menu
- Input new password under Change Password and Retype Password
- Input original password under Current Password
- Click Update
Reset a Forgotten Password
If you cannot login because you forgot your password (or your account was migrated from our older platform prior to 9/28/2020), you can:
- Click Sign in on the site header
- Click Forgot password
- Input email address
- Click Submit
Please check your Spam or Promotions folder as our emails frequently end up there. Government organizations may have firewalls as well which can affect the delivery of our communication attempts.
