Here are the steps:
Begin by navigating to our home page - concept.paloaltou.edu and selecting the “login” option on the top menu bar.
This will bring to you a login page. Enter your email and the password you created at check out. (if you enter a different one, it will not link to your registration, and then you will not be able to access your training program).
If you did not create a password at checkout, click the ‘Forgot Password’ button and enter the email you registered with. This will send a password reset email to create a password for your account.
If you do not receive this email within 5 minutes to your inbox, please check your spam or promotional folder for an email from notify@concept.paloaltou.edu - if you are working on a government or state system that frequently blocks automated emails, please contact your IT department to have them unblock our emails from the email: notify@concept.paloaltou.edu AND caps@paloaltou.edu.
Once you log in, you will see all the programs - live or on-demand - that are affiliated with your account. Click one and begin :)
