SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) is used for generating, managing, and delivering reports to employees.
Once you have access, you can log in to the SSRS portal via the university's network and use it to run or create reports, depending on your role and access level.
Access via PAU OneLogin Portal
1. Activate your VPN
2. Log into PAU OneLogIn Portal using your current PAU Credentials
3. Select the “SSRS” icon
Note: If you are unable to access SSRS, please contact PAU’s IT helpdesk at support@paloaltou.edu for assistance.
4. Select the desired report and modify and parameters (like academic year/term) to modify the query, then click the “View Report” button to update the data.
5. To export the data tables, click the disk icon and select the desired format to export the tables. The data report will then appear in your computer’s downloads.
