How can I get support from the IT help desk? What services do they offer?
To get support from the PAU IT Help Desk, you can contact them by phone at (650) 433-3832 or by email at support@paloaltou.edu. The Help Desk is located in the Facilities Office outside the library on the main campus and is available Monday through Friday from 8 AM–9 PM and on weekends from 8 AM–4 PM (closed on university holidays). Services include general IT assistance, troubleshooting, and support for university-related technology issues.
