How can I contact PAU regarding business partnerships and opportunities?

For partnerships with PAU (Academics or our Continuing and Professional Studies division), please reach out to us at: caps@paloaltou.edu

At PAU, Partnership can mean different things depending on the department. In our Continuing and Professional Studies division, this typically means that a well-established mental health organization that meets certain metrics (population served, in-demand content, website statistics), would like to partner with us and make content for either public or private consumption and sale using their professionals as experts and our team for product management and development. This is a highly selective process based on a profit-sharing model. You can see our list of partners here

On the academic side, PAU collaborates with behavioral health agencies by providing well-trained interns, offering continuing education and professional development, engaging in joint research projects, and providing expert consultation and technical assistance. We connect agencies with specialized faculty expertise, collaborate on grant applications, develop pipeline programs to diversify the workforce and design customized training programs. PAU also engages in community outreach and leverages its alumni network for mentorship and consultancy. In turn, agency partners support PAU by offering tuition assistance, flexible work-study internships, adjusted work hours, post-graduation employment opportunities, promotion pathways, and multi-agency partnerships for workforce development.

In general, PAU aims to establish mutually beneficial corporate and industry partnerships that bridge the gap between education and industry, fostering growth and success. PAU provides group discounts on professional training libraries in areas like child and adolescent psychology, forensics, police and public safety, digital mental health, etc., and can develop new training content tailored to your specific needs. Additionally, PAU offers online conference hosting, facilities for in-person events, community engagement programs, and collaboration on grant opportunities for innovative programs and research.
